"Horrible customer service, don’t waste your time with the agents here. The prices are constantly changing and always increasing. I was told my vehicle was “too old” as the reasoning behind my extremely overpriced insurance rate. I then got a new car a couple years later (Honda 2023), and was told my insurance rate will increase again because my car is “too new”, what a joke Lol.. The last straw for me is when I wanted to update my address, moving from Gurnee to Glenview (25 min drive) and I was told my policy will increase due to the risk of the “new garage”… I wish I was lying to you. lastly, notice how all the positive reviews are only about Denise, that’s interesting. Don’t waste your time here."
